Florissant Fire Protection District has proposed implementation of an Impact Fee for NEW residential and commercial construction. The request for a study was approved by the District Board resolution adopted on January 15, 2025.

Companies are asked to submit a proposal "Bid" for an impact fee study.

Bidders must have a minimum of one previous Impact Fee Study completed and in use.

Deadline for submission of bid is March 7th, 2025.
